昨日、高岡武道館にて柔道指導者講習会が行われました。私も、少年柔道を指導する上で、最も大事な安全、事故の予防のために半日講習を受けてきました。授業では、熱中症対策や頭部、頚椎の怪我の防止など人命にかかわる大事な勉強をし、今後の柔道教室に活かしていくつもりです。
